One Church

This past weekend was Amazing! We had 2 different ministry events that we were at. I didn't know how we were going to manage it, but we did. It turned out to be a day that I would never forget. We got to see exactly how everyone is supposed to function as One Church.

First, we had to set up a table about our ministry with stuff to give away at the Women's Conference sponsored by "Voice of The Word ministries Mrs. Margret Sowell". She brought in all kinds of Women from all kinds of backgrounds that brought so much love, wisdom, and knowledge. The compassion and the Fire that it started or kindled or stirred up, within each woman and even men, was so all Inspiring. A conference of that caliber was definitely needed, and is something that we need more of.

Secondly, my teenage son and I left the women's conference around 10:45 and booked it home to let our dogs use the rest room and to pick up some things for the Homeless event at Brandon Park put on by "His Mighty Hands ministry" represented by Mr. Ken and Ms. Susan. It was a day that marked so many things in my son's life and in my life. See we haven't really been on top of things in ministry. My older brother died last year and it broke us. Healing and restoration has been happening for us. But after seeing the people pouring out and being part of that, The FIRE that resides within me that had been like a single flame since my brother died, has now been more than rekindled. Even more, to the point that I physically feel heat inside out. I mentally see like tongues of flames upon me. I spiritually have been refreshed. An I am mentally ministry minded more than ever.

After attending both events and participating in both, one thing is evident, God's presence is ever so thick and tangible when their is no tradition and no religion. When it is about sharing JESUS and loving everyone as ourselves and evermore than that, you can't help but know He is there. To see repentance, to see fortresses and strongholds broken, to see rededication's and seeing salvations; nothing, absolutely nothing is more greater. We are on one accord, we are all functioning as one heart, one mind, and as One Church.

If you would like more information on the ministries that you can support, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

His Mighty Hands Ministry goes out once a month at Brandon Park in Lufkin. They feed, give drinks, and much more to the homeless and others. They have a precious heart to do all they can for everyone tucked off in that area. Our ministry and others have gathered together to help them, support them, and back them. If you would like to take part in that, contact us and we would love to have you.

I want leave you with this, regardless of where we are and what we are doing, let us stay in humility and in love, so that we can always be of One Church with our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.
